Canadian Shipping Policy
When checking out select (Worldwide Shipping)
We use UPS as our Canadian import broker and at the border which really makes it easier on the customer and speeds up the delivery process. Please note that the customer is responsible for any GST/HST duties, taxes and other local importation charges beyond that. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs and other events outside of our control. Once a parcel leaves our office and is scanned by UPS, we no longer have any control of the whereabouts of the package.
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy. If you return your item unused and in its original packaging we will issue a full refund minus the GST/HST duties paid by us at customs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
